Bomaderry Bowling Club exchanged contracts on the block of land used by the saleyard on Moss Vale Road in July with settlement anticipated for June 30, 2016.
The club has agreed to a long-term lease arrangement and has confirmed they have no immediate development plans for the 8.48 hectare site.
Ray White Livestock owner Nick Harton was pleased with the confirmation the business would remain in operation in the area for the foreseeable future.
“We have been in contact with the club and they have confirmed there are no short-term plans for the land,” Mr Harton said.
