WHAT do you do when you are stranded by floodwaters and unable to get out via the only bridge in town? Use your boat of course. And that’s what Badgee resident Gary Phillis and partner Lisa Cradick did on Thursday. With the bridge from Sussex blocked by flood waters they jumped in their boat and travelled along the creek to make it to the village to see if everyone was OK and to survey the damage.
