The business fronts a low point on Bolong Road and as a consequence is regularly inundated during floods.
The issue is complicated by a nearby swamp and sewage plant sending contaminated water through the business.
Owner Chance Hanlon said on Thursday he got a restoration team in to clean out the flooded area with chemicals to reduce the chance of infection.
“In preparation we try and get anything electrical off the floor. The area that was impacted is also used for storing things we hang onto before they go out to clients,” he said.
“This was big, it was about six inches deeper than in June 2013.
“The water came up so quickly. I was here at 4am Wednesday and the water was just inside our building, by 6.30am there was a foot of water and by lunch time it was a metre deep.
“It’s the fastest I’ve seen floodwater rise.
“So it’s another insurance claim which will affect our premium,” he said.
