Culburra had been in second position for the majority of the year and only lost this position last week.
They have had five losses along the way, losing to Manyana, Gerringong and Shoalhaven Heads and twice to Shoalhaven United.
Illaroo have come from nowhere to make the finals.
Having sat outside the top four for most of the year, they left it until the last round to confirm their position.
Culburra have won all games between the two sides, as they won the first game 5-3, the second 3-2 and the final encounter 3-nil.
Culburra will have the potent strike force of Corey Ryan and Jack Miller.
Ryan is the competition's leading goal scorer by a long way and is virtually unstoppable when on song.
The Illaroo defence which is likely to include Nathan Stanley, Andrew Timbs, Jarvis Strand and Josh Francis, will have their work cut out against the Culburra strikers, while Adam Arnotts will be in goal.
Illaroo are likely to have Aaron Crittenden and Evan Leedham up front.
Attempting to stop them should be Lindsay Higgins, Jayden Witt, Daniel Wells and Keith Merivale, while in goals could be Scott Merivale.
Both midfields are strong and skillful with Culburra likely to include Dale Blundell, Blair Sutherland, Keiran Witt and Steve Gray.
Illaroo midfield should have the likes of Brendan Kellett, Sam Leedham, Slade Small and Alex Cheyne.
While both sides have the ability to go further, unfortunately come 5pm Sunday, the season will be over for one of these sides.
Culburra have had the better of Illaroo all year and this should continue on Sunday.
