At 11am police were called to the jail when a Corrections drug dog caught the scent of an illicit substance.
They searched a car and found a small amount of methylamphetamine.
The car’s occupants, a 25-year-old woman and a 34-year-old man from the Central Coast, admitted to owning the drug.
At 1.20pm the dog found some more drugs.
Police spoke to a 31-year-old woman from Blackbutt who was found to have a small quantity of cannabis in her possession.
All three were issued with court attendance notices.
