South Coast residents can now have their say on the best seafood in the region by voting for local seafood businesses in the People’s Choice categories of the Seafood Excellence Awards. 

The following local businesses now need the public’s support to take home the grand prize. 

Local businesses in the running for the 2015 People’s Choice Awards include: Rick Stein at Bannisters for People’s Choice – Best Seafood Restaurant; Blue Wave Seafood Bermagui for People’s Choice – Best Fish and Chips; JB Seafoods for People’s Choice – Best Fish and Chips; and Aish’s Seafood and Takeaway for People’s Choice – Best Fish and Chips.

People’s Choice Awards are open to the NSW public to vote on three different sub-categories including; Best Fish and Chips, Best Seafood Restaurant and Best Seafood Retailer at Sydney Fish Market. 

In order to vote, send an SMS to the following mobile numbers between now and 11.59pm on Thursday, August 13 (standard SMS charges apply): 0429 411 334 for People’s Choice – Best Seafood Restaurant; 0429 411 326 for People’s Choice – Best Fish and Chips; or 0429 411 525 for People’s Choice – Best Seafood Retailer at Sydney Fish Market. 

All those who vote are automatically in the draw to win a $260 Sydney Seafood School voucher.
