A collision about 100 metres south of the Jervis Bay Road turnoff was attended by police, ambulance and fire and rescue crews.
The driver of one vehicle collided into the back of a second vehicle near the turnoff.
The driver sustained injuries and possible fractures and was taken to Shoalhaven Hospital.
The driver of the second vehicle was uninjured.
