SPUR, which stands for Springboard, Promote, Unveil, Reveal, aims to celebrate and showcase Eurobodalla artists by providing opportunities for them to share their work with the community.
Lola Cullen, John Rouch and Merryn Apma will give free floor talks, speaking about what inspires them, their techniques and answering questions about their work.
Their artwork will also be on display at the libraries during opening hours from Monday, May 4 to Monday, May 25.
Lola Cullen’s collages, made with different mediums, will be on show at Batemans Bay Library, while her floor talk will take place on Wednesday, May 13, from 5pm.
John Rouch’s landscape paintings, that capture fleeting light, will be on show at Moruya Library. His floor talk is on Thursday, May 14 from 5pm.
Merryn Apma’s paintings, that reflect her personal journey and the strong desert women, will be on show at Narooma Library. Her floor talk is on Wednesday, May 20 at 5pm.
Eurobodalla libraries are open Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9.30am to noon.
