Man charged with laser possession
NOWRA police have charged a man with possessing a prohibited weapon after he allegedly shined a laser pointer at passing cars in Old Southern Road in Nowra.

Police were called to Old Southern Road around 12.20am on Sunday and were able to clearly see a green beam of light in the distance.
Police spoke to a group of four men who initially denied any knowledge of the incident.
When questioned further one of the man produced a laser pointer and handed it to police.
He was charged with possessing a prohibited weapon and issued with a future court attendance notice for Nowra Local Court.
