A 41-YEAR-OLD Nowra man who has pleaded guilty to two counts breaking into a dwelling with intent to steal, attempted larceny and with having goods in custody suspected of being stolen has been refused bail.

Craig Douglas Kelly, of Numbaa Way, appeared before Magistrate Carolyn Huntsman in Nowra Local Court on Monday.
He pleaded not guilty to charges of drive recklessly furiously or speed in a manner dangerous and not give particulars to another driver.
Police allege between 4.20pm and 4.44pm on January 16 this year he broke into a property in The Basin Road at St Georges Basin with the intent to steal.
It is alleged on February 25 between noon and 12.10pm he attempted steal a brown leather wallet.
Police also allege between 11.10am and 11.20am on March 5 this year he drove in a manner dangerous in Berry Street, Nowra and failed to give particulars after a crash.
Police further alleged between 8.35am and 4.40pm on March 5 Kelly also broke into a property in Haigh Avenue, Nowra with the intent to steal.
He was also found to be in possession of property suspected of being stolen.
Bail was not applied for and was formally refused and the matters have been listed for hearing in Nowra Local Court on May 1.
