George Kanalis, who died in a Lamborghini crash in Sydney's west, "would do anything" for a friend, says good mate Steven Muhvich.

Mr Kanalis died after he crashed his Lamborghini into a power pole in Sydney's west on Thursday night. Police are investigating if he was speeding before the crash.
Mr Muhvich said Mr Kanalis had been a good friend of his for 20 years.
"He would do anything for me and my dad, I just don't know what happened to him," Mr Muhvich said.
"He's got drag cars and knows what he is doing. I think he just lost control."
Witnesses called police just after 6pm on Thursday to say Mr Kanalis was still trapped in the wreckage of his car, which had crashed on Hassall Street in Wetherill Park.
When paramedics arrived at the industrial area a short time later, bystanders were performing CPR on the 42-year-old.
Inspector Tony Mitchell, from the Fairfield Local Area Command, said Mr Kanalis, who was the only person in the vehicle, died at the scene.
Witnesses told police that the Lamborghini was driving along Hassall Street when it crossed to the opposite side of the road and collided with a number of other vehicles, before leaving the road and crashing into the pole.
Inspector Mitchell said a number of people in the other vehicles that were struck by the Lamborghini were not injured.

He said the cause of the crash was not yet known, but police were investigating whether speed or alcohol played any part.
Mr Muhvich said the last time he saw Mr Kanalis, who owned an excavation business, was on Monday when Mr Kanalis came to his panel beating workshop in Blacktown.
"I told him to take it easy," he said.
"But after that day he didn't turn up at my birthday party."
Mr Muhvich said he only found out about the accident through the press and said he was not aware Mr Kanalis owned a Lamborghini.
He was a father of two daughters and was working on a property in Glenhaven where he lived.
Police have appealed for anyone who saw the Lamborghini in the lead-up to the crash, or who saw the crash, to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
