Changes to the draw were announced this week after Candelo-Bemboka dropped out of first grade.
Moruya had a bye in the first round but it was changed to an away game against Bombala.
The Bombala show is on this weekend and the Blue Heelers requested that Moruya host the match.
It posed a problem for the Sharks as their ground is unavailable due to resurfacing and it was decided the club would play in Batemans Bay.
Sharks spokesman Ian Traynor said the club knew a late withdrawal would cause draw disruption.
“We always knew that the withdrawal of Bemboka at such a late stage would cause some issues, and unfortunately Moruya missing out on a home game is just one of them,” Traynor said.
The Sharks’ ladies’ league tag and first grade sides will kick off the season.
“We hope that our supporters will travel up the road to watch us play our first game in 2015,” he said.
The league tag match will kick off at 1.30pm and first grade will hit the paddock at 2.30pm.
Full canteen and bar facilities will be available.
The Sharks’ under 18s will play its round one game at Cooma on Saturday.
“Coach Lee Nye has a good squad of young charges and has had them working hard to prepare for this encounter,” Traynor said.
