At 920.pm on Saturday a 40-year-old Narrawallee man driving a Toyota Prado with a child on board was stopped by police for a random breath test on the Princes Highway at Milton.
After he gave a positive reading he was arrested and taken to Ulladulla Police Station where his breath analysis was .05.
The man will appear in Milton Court next month.
At 12.20am Sunday Ulladulla police went to the Marlin Hotel when a 23-year-old Mollymook woman refused to leave.
They helped security as she screamed and became aggressive.
She hit one of the officers as they helped her leave.
Police charged her with using offensive language, failing to leave a licensed premise and assaulting police.
