Sussex Inlet retained their spot at the top of the ladder with a convincing win over Nowra at Sussex Inlet Oval.
Sussex were led by young gun Kyle Jarrett who smashed an unbeaten 85 as they amassed 6/186 from their 40 overs.
It was Jarrett’s first half-century in senior cricket and he had some good support from Brett Fernie (36) and skipper Dave Goodwin (34).
Jarrett continued his good day, taking 2/22 with the ball as Nowra were rolled for 89 in reply.
Shane Bate (2/12) and Jake Westley (2/18) chipped in with two wickets each.
It was a bit of a thriller over at Lighthouse Oval where Bomaderry held on for a four-run win over Ulladulla United.
Bomaderry batted first, where they made 6/192 from their 40 overs.
Opener Stephen Wallace (32) got things off to a strong start before Adam Pritchett (44) and Kealan Blattner (29) kept the scoreboard ticking over in the middle order.
Chris Barford (2/22) and Keith Jones (2/28) were the best of the bowlers for Ulladulla.
Ulladulla’s run chase got a off to a strong start thanks to Chris Barford (64), but otherwise there was little resistance form the top order.
They slumped to 8/138 before Steve Donohue (58 not out) and Max Eggins (7 not out) combined to bring them within a whisker of victory.
Donohue and Eggins put on a partnership of 50, but at 8/188 they were just four runs short of their target when the 40 overs were completed.
Ben Lynch (3/32) was the pick of the bowlers for Bomaderry, while Don Kennedy was next best with 2/29.
Down at Hanging Rock, Batemans Bay had no luck breaking their losing streak, succumbing to their eight consecutive loss against Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemen.
Andrew Wilson (46) was the top scorer as Ex-Servos racked up 6/194 from their 40 overs.
There were a number of other handy contributions from Luke Jurancic (34 not out), Ben Guyer (30) and Shawn Higgins (28), while Shaun Creswell (4/45) was the best bowler for the Bay.
Corey McAlpin (48) and Creswell (34) fought hard in the run chase, but the Bay could only manage 9/149 from their 40 overs.
Shawn Higgins (2/19) was the best bowler for Ex-Servos, while Andrew Wilson and Luke Jurancic each grabbed 2/27.
The clash between North Nowra-Cambewrra and Berry-Shoalhaven Heads at Ray Abood Village Green was abandoned without a ball bowled.
