Following a week of poor weather which resulted in only half of SDCA turf matches going ahead, both teams relished the opportunity to play and record some valuable points heading into the Christmas break.
Bomaderry won the toss and sent the home side into bat hoping to make use of any early movement in the wicket.
Bomaderry were able to keep the wickets column ticking with regular breakthroughs ensuring that the home side struggled to build partnerships.
Ulladulla skipper Aaron Wester (19) started the innings off strongly before Wes Holmes hit two boundaries and a six in 19 to share the top score with his captain.
Some lower order runs helped boost the total to 108 before the home side was bowled out in the final over.
John Muggleton, Brendan Hiriat, Blake Munilla and Jordan Matthews each took two wickets in a strong bowling performance.
In reply, Blake Munilla and Travis Roth got the run chase off to a good start, with the pair combining for 37 before Roth was dismissed for 15.
Munilla hit three boundaries before he was caught off the bowling of Terry Dorrell for 31, with the Bomaderry run chase well on the way at 2/53.
Jarryd Sue and Paul Sawkins steadied the ship for the visitors to take them to 79 before Sue was out for 15.
Sawkins looked in control on 21 not out with only two runs required for victory but Damian Gilkes made a late breakthrough, before Bomaderry passed the total for the loss of only four wickets.
The win leaves Bomaderry second on the SDCA ladder after eight rounds, trailing only the unbeaten Berry-Shoalhaven Heads.
The victory also means that a win against North Nowra-Cambewarra next Saturday in the final one-day match could secure Bomaderry a spot in the one-day final after Christmas.
Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemen kept their one-day final hopes alive with a four-wicket win over Batemans Bay at Hanging Rock.
Winning the toss and electing to bat on Saturday, Batemans Bay made a strong start to their innings with Gav Ladmore (32) and Paul Gallen (26) combining for 54.
Matt Sethi only managed four in his short stay at the crease but with the score at 2/72, Batemans Bay looked to consolidate.
However some quality bowling from Mathew Ganderton and Graham Phillis saw the home side lose four wickets for only three runs to slump to 5/75.
Paul Windsor (19) and Trent Innes his two boundaries in 24 to get the innings back on track for the Bay and lead them to 8/133 from their 45 overs.
Ganderton was the best of the bowlers for Ex-Sevos, taking 3/37 from nine overs.
Phillis and captain Daniel Gleeson both picked up two wickets.
In reply, Ex-Servos made a strong start to the run chase with Chris Bramley cracking four boundaries and one six in 38.
Phillis backed up his bowling performance to steer his side home with the bat, hitting three boundaries in 60 to top score for the visitors.
Ex-Servos passed the total four wickets down in the 36th over to ensure victory.
