Zhou Yongkang, China's former security chief, arrested and expelled from Communist Party

Beijing: Zhou Yongkang, the former head of China's domestic security apparatus who developed a fearsome reputation as one of Beijing's most ruthless politicians, has been formally arrested and expelled from the ruling Communist Party, state media announced on Saturday.
