The Shoalhaven-Nowra Relay for Life Committee has arranged for an open committee meeting and registration night on Tuesday, December 2 at 6pm.
The night is for people who have registered recently or who are interested in registering a team.
Teams will also be able to pick up their shirts, some raffle books, money boxes and posters.
The event honours those whose lives have been touched by cancer and provides hope to those fighting the disease.
Teams generally have at least one person on the track at Nowra Showground for each of the 24 hours.
There will be 24-hour entertainment and local food on site.
