The man aged in his 70s was driving his gold Hyundai Sonata out of his driveway when he collided with a nearby fence.
It is believed the man fell from his vehicle leaving the car unattended.
The car then careered across the road and collided with a four-wheel-drive, pushing the parked car into a garage.
The car, still in motion, then drove through four fences across five properties before coming to a stop about 50 metres down the road.
The driver was treated for minor head lacerations and taken to Shoalhaven Hospital.
The incident marked the third car in three days to have careered into buildings in the Shoalhaven.
NSW Ambulance Nowra station officer Scott Styles said in the 18 years he has worked with the service he has never seen anything like it.
“They say all things come in threes,” he said.
“Hopefully this is the end of it.”
