Batting first, the visitors got off to a flying start thanks to Lachlan Malcolm (21) and Mark Tuckwell (9), Luke Gallen (14) and Noah Reid (12) kept the scoreboard ticking over and a second knock from Malcolm (14) saw the Bay reach 7/107.
Jarrod Griffith was the pick of the bowlers taking 2/14 and he was well supported by Tom Fletcher (1/7) and Cooper Bramley (1/3).
Berry got off to a solid start thanks to Callum Johnson (17), but some brilliant bowling from Ryan Smith (2/15), Noah Reid (2/16) and Luke Gallen (2/8) kept Batemans Bay in the game.
It came down to the last wicket, with Alex Dobson (24) and Christian Page (15) seeing the Magpies home with a net score of 15/126.
In other games, Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemen were too strong for North Nowra-Cambewarra at Drexel Park.
Norths played well in their innings, with Lucas Zefara the standout, scoring 23 runs in their total of 116.
Caled Portors also batted well for nine runs, while Hayden Batson and Micah Edwards made seven each.
Their competitive total was never enough for Ex-Servos, who finished with 142 runs.
Kyeden Booth had another great game with 23 runs, Kambal Chandler impressed with 19, while Jack Lonesborough (12) and Matthew Spinks (15) were the other standouts.
For Norths, Riley O’Carroll, Cassie O’Carrroll and Hayden Batson each took a wicket.
At Huskisson Oval, the home side Bay and Basin were defeated by Nowra.
Nowra finished with 5/126, while Bay and Basin made 5/92 in reply.
Ulladulla United had the bye.
