POLICE are investigating a fire that destroyed a home in The Park Drive at Sanctuary Point in the early hours of Friday morning.

Emergency services were called to the home around 2.20am.
The sole occupant, a 65-year-old woman, escaped without injury, while two people staying in a caravan in the yard also escaped uninjured.
A crime scene was established with fire investigators and Shoalhaven detectives continue investigations.
