Jones ripped through the top order and came back to clean up the tail with figures of 6/27 from his nine overs.
He took the last two wickets in consecutive balls, leaving him stranded, on a hat trick with no batsmen remaining.
After winning the toss, Shoalhaven batted first and posted a healthy 9/260 from their 50 allotted overs.
Opener Brandon Booth got things off to a good start, scoring 61 at a run a ball.
A miniature collapse in the middle order was rectified by skipper Joel Gray and Brandon Labb, who added 108 runs for the sixth wicket.
Gray top scored with 74 from only 65 balls, while Labb made a handy contribution of 36.
Far South Coast made a shaky start as Nate Jones quickly removed both their openers. Jack Gibbs got in on the action, taking a wicket to leave them battling at 3/21.
They showed slight signs of improvement in the middle order, but their chase never really got off the ground.
Cody Hazelgrove-Danvers gave the bowlers some special attention in his knock of 57, but otherwise no Far South Coast batsmen got going and they were bowled out for 124.
Jones was by far the best of the Shoalhaven bowlers, while Gray took 2/5 and Adam Ison and Jack Gibbs took one wicket apiece.
Shoalhaven now progress to the final, where they will take on the highly-fancied South Coast.
