A 45-year-old Nambucca Heads woman who led police on a chase along the highway in Nowra was three times over the drink-driving limit.

At about 12.10am on Saturday police attached to the Traffic and Highway Patrol Command attempted to stop a car on the Princes Highway.
When the driver allegedly failed to pull over, the police began a pursuit.
She stopped in Kalander Street, Nowra and was given a breath test.
After testing positive, the woman was arrested and taken to Nowra Police Station where her breath analysis gave a .163 reading.
Her driver’s licence was suspended and she was charged with high-range drink-driving.
She will appear at Nowra Local Court on November 3.
