SCA acting executive general manager Fiona Smith, said the measures are designed to help protect the environment and ensure visitors have a safe and pleasant experience.
“Bendeela Recreation Area is a very popular holiday destination, but it is also a designated Special Area to protect the local river catchment and the quality of water in Tallowa Dam,” Ms Smith said.
“We’re asking everyone to do the right thing and consider the comfort of other visitors.”
