A 21-YEAR-OLD Falls Creek man has been sentenced to 12 months’ jail with a non-parole period of four months for driving while disqualified.

Reece Charles Blake of Falls Road pleaded guilty to drive a motor vehicle while disqualified in Nowra Local Court on Monday.
Facts before the court said Blake was stopped by police around 11.15am on January 19.
It was discovered he was a disqualified driver, while he gave a false name and address to police.
Magistrate Dr Gabriel Fleming sentenced him to 12 months’ jail with a non-parole period of four months for driving while disqualified and disqualified him from driving for two years.
He was also fined $107 for stating a false name and address.
