Allen Price and Associates have made the application for the project on behalf of Rasobi TA for the two buildings, which will be divided into four cabins valued at $400,000.
The new cabins are planned for an area adjacent to the current cabins on the property to the north of the restaurant area.
Each building will house two units.
In both buildings, one unit will include a bedroom, large living area, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, including a spa and a large verandah area.
The other unit will consist of a living area, bedroom, bathroom with a spa and a verandah.
