ST George Hospital reports the 53-year-old Sussex Inlet man who fell from a roof on Sunday afternoon remains in a critical condition.
A MAN suffered a severe head injury and was unconscious when he fell off a roof in Sussex Inlet on Sunday afternoon.
He and another man were replacing the tin roof of a home in Lyons Road when both of them fell three-and-a-half metres onto a concrete floor at around 1.40pm.
Police and ambulance attended and a crime scene was set up.
An ambulance spokesman said the injured man who was from Sussex Inlet was aged between 60 and 65.
His fellow worker, aged between 55 and 60 and also local, was uninjured.
The injured man was flown in an air ambulance to St George Hospital.
His condition was critical.
