The majority of calls have been to houses with leaking roofs.
On Monday morning a tree blew down in East Nowra landing on a house and damaging a fence. Nobody was injured.
The calls for assistance have come from St Georges Basin in the south, Shoalhaven Heads in the north and Kangaroo Valley in the west.
Two teams of SES volunteers are in the field with one team of in the headquarters.
A flood intelligence team is monitoring river levels.
