Inspiring Women, which brings together women in small and medium businesses, will feature a presentation from business coach Abbie Widin, who will be challenging women to Uncover Your Value – and Charge What You’re Worth.
With family in Nundle, Abbie Widin currently resides in Sydney – where she has graduated from management and marketing roles with international brands to establishing her own successful coaching business, One Extra Zero.
In this business, Abbie helps ambitious women service providers significantly grow their business and themselves.
She brings an energetic intensity to helping women clarify their goals and growth strategies, their marketing and strategies for simplifying and focusing on business growth.
Abbie is the author of Catapult: A Woman’s Guide to Building a 7-Figure Business, released in April 2014.
“I spend a lot of time talking to women in my business: and I find that almost all of the women that I speak to want their business or career to be more successful this year than it was last year,” she said.
“The difference between women who succeed – whatever that success looks like to you – is the willingness to commit to growing. No matter what.
“For example, many women think they’re poor salespeople – and women who succeed are the ones who become willing to do what it takes to become good at sales.
“The question I’ll be asking over lunch is - what beliefs of yours could do with an update?”
Inspiring Women was established in July 2005 on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and has branches in the Illawarra and in Shoalhaven.
Founder, Sue Heins said, “I am excited to have Abbie Widin addressing Inspiring Women-Shoalhaven – it’s going to be an inspiring presentation that will help local businesswomen take their businesses to the next level.”
The lunch takes place on Friday, July 25, 12noon at Ulladulla Guest House, 39 Burrill Street, Ulladulla.
