Nowra bridge location decision announced Wednesday

It is expected the Minister for Transport and Freight Duncan Gay will announce the new crossing of the Shoalhaven River will be upstream on the western side of the current bridges.

The location of the third Shoalhaven River bridge will be announced on Wednesday.

Minister for Roads and Freight Duncan Gay announce is expected to announce the new bridge will be going upstream, or to the west of the current bridges.

The western side was recommended by the RMS.

Mr Gay will be joined by local MPs at Moorhouse Park in Scenic Drive to make the announcement at noon.
