The South Coast Register’s annual Bridal Expo was a hit with brides-to-be and their families over the weekend.
Bomaderry Bowling Club was packed for the two-day event which featured the release of the Register’s Weddings magazine and the Bride of the Year quest.
This year’s winner, Megan Gavenlock, of Numbaa said she was “excited and a bit shocked” by the announcement.
She was married in November last year to dairy farmer, Adam, and gave birth to son Dale John 10 weeks ago.
Mrs Gavenlock loved wearing her wedding gown again.
“It was something I didn’t think I would ever wear again, but it fitted better than it did on the day,” she said.
