It is just a few short days until the wedding expo of the year, the 2014 South Coast Register Bridal Expo.

The one-stop shop for brides and grooms will be bigger and better than ever.

Well over 40 local exhibitors are booked to show their wares and services on the day, making it easy to find everything you need for your big day right here in the Shoalhaven.

The expo will be held Sunday, July 6 in the Bomaderry Bowling Club from 10am until 3pm.

Entertainers including vocal-keyboard duo Sirenics and guitar soloist Brock Lette Entertainment will play throughout the day.

Sirenics is husband and wife team, Simon and Serenity, who joined forces over 10 years ago.

Brock is a 20-year-old singer-songwriter originally from Jervis Bay, trained in classical guitar.

The popular Bride of the Year competition will start at 10.30am.

Local Bride of the Month winners will revisit their special day in one last show before the winner is announced.

Judges for the competition include former locals, surfer and model Ashley Cheadle and designer and make-up artist Ricky Milne.

A fashion parade, featuring the latest bridalwear, menswear, mother of the bride styles and children’s trends will be run from 12.30pm.

Visitors to the expo will have the chance to enter the Wedding Wishlist giveaway for free.  LTPM/14/00507

The giveaway is a package of goods and services from local wedding professionals worth $4000.

The draw will take place at 2.45pm.

The expo will also be a chance to get the first glimpse of the 2014-15 Weddings Shoalhaven magazine, which will be launched on the day.

The magazine is in its 18th year and features stories and photos of local brides, the latest styles, tips and hints for the big day and a wide variety of local services and contacts.

If you’re getting married, or you know someone who is, this is the expo to be at.

The South Coast Register looks forward to welcoming you on the day and helping you explore options to make your day perfect.
