University of Wollongong and Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District researchers from across a range of disciplines will run the Health Track Illawarra-Shoalhaven Healthy Lifestyle study.
The study will test a novel approach to maintaining a healthy lifestyle over the long term and controlling weight.
Health Track aims to recruit local residents aged between 25 and 54.
