Berry polocrosse player heads off on international tour

LOCAL girl Georgina Pratt from Berry, who has been playing with the Burradoo polocrosse club since a junior, was selected as an under 21 NSW Polocrosse Ambassador to travel to the United States for approximately three weeks.

Georgina and fellow selected players Laura Beer and Matthew North flew out to the United States on Tuesday where they will compete in the Bay Area Tournament and the PDP Summer Invitation Quadrangular series on the east coast.

Georgina will be staying with a host family who will be supplying her with a horse, taking her to the tournaments and on sightseeing adventures.

Georgina is a positive and lovely player who will not only do a fabulous job representing the Burradoo Club, but also the state of NSW.
