The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) released its final decisions on average regulated retail gas prices for 2014-16.
The final prices for ActewAGL, which supplies South East NSW, including the Shoalhaven, will rise by 17.8 per cent in 2014/15 and 0.4 per cent in 2015/16.
The 2014/15 increase adds an extra $223 to an average residential customer’s annual bill and $861 on average for small business customers.
