The Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre was abuzz for the sell-out concert.
The sound was crisp, the lights perfectly complementing each song and the band’s energy had everyone captivated.
Boy & Bear played a balanced list of hits and new songs from slow ballads to upbeat tunes.
Highlights included Southern Sun, Three Headed Woman, Bridges, A Moment’s Grace, Harlequin Dream and the night was finished with an old favourite, Milk & Sticks.
The band’s polite nature worked well with the intimate setting. It was the band’s first visit to Nowra.
The surprise for the evening was support act Patrick James.
The lead vocalist’s solo with piano accompaniment was hauntingly beautiful. It’s an act to look out for.
