The alterations to the restaurant, located at the Princes Highway and Cambewarra Road roundabout, will include internal and external work.
There are plans to relocate a new main counter, the McCafe counter and the condiments bar.
There will be new furniture in the dining area and new party room decor.
While there will be no increase in internal or external seating there will be a minor increase in the overall floor area from 320 square metres to 339 square metres.
New crew room facilities and other equipment improvements will be undertaken along with new finishes to the ceiling and walls.
Outside, the building’s existing face brick will be rendered and painted, as will the roof, gutters, downpipes and other steelwork.
There will be new terraced furniture and new soft fall in the playground.
Parking facilities will remain the same.
The company will continue to trade where possible while the work is being done.
