A home invasion in Bomaderry on Saturday night resulted in a theft, however no one was hurt during the incident.

A home invasion in Bomaderry on Saturday night resulted in a theft, however no one was hurt during the incident.

THREE men pushed past the occupant of a Bomaderry house, during a home invasion on Saturday evening.

Around 10.40pm, the occupants of the home heard a knock on the front door.

When one of them opened it, three men pushed past and into a bedroom where they stole money.

When the three were confronted by a different occupant, they ran out of the house towards Bunberra Street and are thought to have hopped in a car and driven away.

No one was injured during the event.

Police are after help from anyone that might have seen the incident occur or saw or knew of the three offenders.

One of the men had a bandage on his left hand.
