Round two was held in the northern part of Victoria at Swan Hill.
Hyam did not disappoint with two first place finishes and one second place finish giving him first place overall for the day in the nine to under 12 years 85cc A grade class.
Hyam is currently poised in contention for a number of titles.
He is in first place in the East Coast MX series, second place in the NSW state titles and second place in the Victorian state titles.
He has been training hard to give himself the best chance to win these championships, which all lead to the ultimate goal at the end of the season – to challenge for an Australian junior championship.
“I can only take one race at time and not really think about the championships,” Hyam said.
“I would like to thank my sponsors Jobson Motorsport, Southern Highlands Motorcycle Centre, Integrity Real Estate, Jim’s Building Inspections, East Coast Fire and Safety, JD Transport, SRJ Constructions and Druce DP for their ongoing support.
“I’d also like to thank Dad and Sarah and my grandparents for making this all possible.”
