Plans by local architect firm Edmiston Jones show up to 10 GP consultation areas, a reception area, physiotherapy, pathology, pharmacy, allied health areas, treatment rooms for small procedures, areas for psychologists and a debrief area on the ground floor.
There will be shared office space, case conference room, seminar area and staff areas upstairs.
It will also include 60 car parking spaces.
The federally funded clinic will be built on land managed by the NSW government on a site overlooking the Shoalhaven River in Scenic Drive between Shoalhaven Hospital and the new South Coast Cancer Care Centre.
