Emergency services were called to the corner of Paradise Beach Road and Kingsford Smith Crescent at 4pm and the surrounding roads were closed for more than two hours.
Police said the motorcyclist had been riding south along Paradise Beach Road and the 73-year-old Toyota driver, also from Sanctuary Point, had been turning right into Kingsford Smith Crescent when the accident happened.
The motorcyclist hit the front left hand side of the car. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers from Shoalhaven Local Area Command attended and began inquiries into the crash.
The Toyota driver was not injured and was taken to hospital for mandatory blood and urine testing.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
The man’s death took the road toll for the Anzac Day long weekend to four.
