I am a member of the creditors committee for this liquidation, and would like to remind your readers of what effect the actions of the people have had on the employees both present and past.
This originally started, with employees complaining that they were being underpaid.
It then was proven that they underpaid their employees to the tune of $300,000.
All this time they fought in the courts to try and have numerous court decisions overturned.
We are still fighting to get all creditors/employee entitlements whilst they are still operating the call centre in the same location under a different name.
Anyone who thinks they are being underpaid, should contact the Fair Work Ombudsman’s office and report the underpayment.
