The St Georges Basin Country Club recently installed a fourth table, making its snooker room the largest in the Shoalhaven.
The majority of its members are people re-discovering their love of the game after moving into the area.
The club has seven teams spread across three divisions in the Shoalhaven inter-club competition, while there is plenty of in-house social competition throughout the year, including the Summer Cup played on Wednesday nights between November and March.
This year about 40 members in six teams participated.
The club is always on the lookout for new members.
If you would like to rediscover the enjoyment of the game, call into the snooker room at the club most afternoons or contact snooker club president Dave Capon on 4443 5972.
Plans are also under way for a junior coaching clinic for boys and girls aged 12 to 16.
For more information contact Trevor Earle on 4443 3002.
