By the end of this week, work will be completed to install safety barriers to reduce crash risk and coloured road surfaces at various locations to clearly define bus bays and the cycleway.
All signs and landscaping are expected to be completed by the end of March, weather permitting.
Work to widen the shoulder on the northbound side of the highway between Parma and Forest roads is continuing and is expected to be completed in June.
