A 13-YEAR-OLD boy charged over the stabbing of a fellow student at Shoalhaven High School in early February has been granted conditional bail for a second time.

The boy, who was charged with wound with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, appeared before Magistrate Graeme Blewitt in Port Kembla Children’s Court on Monday.
Last week he was remanded in custody after failing to comply with his bail conditions on February 17 by not reporting to police.
Magistrate Blewitt granted the boy conditional bail and remanded the matter to Port Kembla Children’s Court on April 7.
Emergency services were called to Shoalhaven High in Park Road, Nowra at 12.15pm on February 3.
A 14-year-old student was allegedly stabbed in the chest following an argument with another student before being assaulted.
The victim was taken to Shoalhaven Hospital and later transferred to the Sydney Children’s Hospital at Randwick by the Ambulance Rescue Helicopter with a punctured lung.
