The men’s competition completes the final round this week before semi-finals start on February 18.
A word of caution, last week there were numerous player discipline issues in the men’s and mixed competitions and a number of cautions were issued for excessive force.
Allegations of unseemly language between players have also been made. Association officials take these issues seriously and proven cases will be dealt with accordingly.
It is the team captain’s responsibility to ensure discipline is kept in check by their players.
Please choose your on-field captain wisely.

Nowra Shoalhaven Touch is proud to be part of the Shoalhaven Women In Sport campaign being run by Shoalhaven City Council as part of the 2014 International Women’s Day (month) celebrations.
Come and Try Touch is a great opportunity to be introduced to the game of touch football.
The Nowra Shoalhaven Touch Association welcomes women of any age to come and have a bit of fun and exercise playing the game of touch.
It is nothing serious, it is about having fun, and being introduced to the sport.
The association will have female players there to make new players feel welcome and they will also run the event.
It would be great to see some mothers and daughters come along too.
The day will be on Monday, March 10 and Monday, March 17 from 5.30pm to 6.30pm at Lyrebird Sports Ground and you can come on one or both dates or just one, whatever you like.
