AS a concerned ratepayer of Vincentia, I find it ludicrous that Shoalhaven City Council can contemplate spending in excess of $1.5 million on another waterfront path – 500 metres in length, approximately $30,000 per metre when one cycle-way already exists on Elizabeth Drive less than 50 metres away.
