Nowra won the toss and elected to bat first.
Opening batsman Justin Rumble was a powerhouse for his team as he made his way to 35 not out, which included three boundaries.
Nicholas Hansen was the next top scorer on 16 not out, with Nowra finishing the innings at compulsory closure after 30 overs on 3/119.
The chase was then on and Nowra was extra careful in their fielding to not let any errors take their chance at a win away from them.
Sussex did a fine job with the bat, but the Nowra bowlers of Rumble (2/8), Hansen (1/1), Lochlan Hay (1/3), Chantelle Downey (1/10) and Matthew Trewin (1/15) had Sussex all out for 117 in the remaining balls of the last over.
Ulladulla United batted well to put up an unbeatable 164 runs for Berry-Shoalhaven Heads to chase at Lighthouse Oval.
Ulladulla won the toss and decided to bat first.
Top scores by Ryan Geerlings (12), Riley Jarrett (13 n.o), Tom Miller-Schmetzer (26), Angus Rutherford (25 ret n.o) and Rocky Lavalle (18 ret n.o) took them to 7/164 at the change of innings.
Best with the ball for Berry was Charlie Howard (2/13) and Logan Cosgrove (2/10).
Berry stepped up to the crease and looked to be in with a fighting chance thanks to top scores from Ben Lans (31) and Howard (24 n.o).
But Howard ran out of partners in the 22nd over and Berry accepted defeat by 77 runs.
