Daniel Bryant was the star for Nowra ripping through the Ulladulla top order with an impressive 5/19 from his nine overs.
The home side made a slow start after they lost their skipper Aaron Wester for a duck, while Chris Mclean, Wes Holmes and Dan Beasley all fell cheaply.
It was only the in-form Harley Bell that was able to offer any resistance early on, until he was joined in the centre by Joe Lavelle and they started building a total.
Both were looking in good form until Bell hauled out in the deep off the bowling of Sam Watts for 31 to leave the home side struggling at 5/63.
Lavelle then found a partner in Peter King and both batsmen played patiently against spinner Michael Coulter, while taking advantage of some of the other bowling.
Unfortunately it all came unstuck when Bryant was brought back for his second spell and removed Lavelle for 41 and King for 21.
Bryant completed his five-wicket haul when Nathan Bell was dismissed for 13 and then Alex Legge came on to clean up the tail and finished with 2/15.
After bowling Ulladulla out for 151, Nowra were off to a bad start when they lost opener Lewis O’Brien for a duck, when he was out LBW to Michael Devlin.
Michael Coulter got a promotion to the top of the order and made the most of the opportunity, scoring at a run a ball until he was out for 43.
Scott Fagerlund continued the job for Nowra with two sixes and two fours on his way to a handy 37, which took them within striking distance of the total.
Nowra reached their target in the 36th over, with four wickets still in hand to ensure their unbeaten record remained intact.
Nathan Bell was the best of the bowlers for Ulladulla with 2/19 from seven overs, while Joel Turner (2/48) and Michael Devlin (1/26) also bowled well.
Nowra will now face the struggling North Nowra-Cambewarra at Bernie Regan next while, while Ulladulla play defending premiers Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemen at Hayden Drexel Oval.
