Police charged a Bomaderry man with assault after a fight on Friday afternoon. Shortly after 3.45pm police were called allege to an argument outside a home in Samuel Street, Bomaderry. During the argument it is alleged that a man approached another man and punched him in the face a number of times, before throwing him against a fence. The victim received a number of injuries to his face. Police arrested a 37-year-old Bomaderry man. He was taken to Nowra Police Station and charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He was granted conditional bail and will appear at Nowra Local Court on Monday October 14.
