THE Bay and Basin Cricket Club celebrates its 20th anniversary this year and would love to see lots of new families sign up and enjoy the game of cricket.
The Bay and Basin club is proud that there are a number of father and sons playing in the club and encouraged more families to have a go.
The Bay and Basin club is holding its registration days on Sunday, August 25 at Sanctuary Point oval from 10.30am to noon, and Tuesday, August 27 at Huskisson oval from 4pm to 6pm.
The club has Milo cricket for boys and girls between the ages of five to 10, junior cricket for children between the ages of under 10s to under 16s, and senior cricket teams.
The club is excited about celebrating its 20th anniversary and is planning a few events through the season.
The committee members for the 2013/2014 season said it is great that within the club there are quite a number of families that have fathers playing in the senior teams and their children are playing for the club either within the senior teams or starting out in the Milo program and junior teams.
They hope to see more children start to play cricket and encouraged families to come along and register on the two upcoming registration days.
If you are unable to make the registration days, please download a registration form from the website www.bayandbasincc.nsw.cricket.com.au
